No. We do not store any of the health question responses.Only your name, sex, area of interest and the individual list of probiotic strains generated for you are stored.It is not possible to infer your health responses from your personalised blend. Each capsule contains 35 Billion, or 35,000,000,000 colony forming units (CFUs).Each of the seven strains will have a minimum of 5 Billion CFUs each at the end of the product shelf life. Our product is designed to deliver a meaningful amount of each strain that is indicated for an individual.

Each customer will receive a different blend of good bacteria strains depending on their assessment answers. These live bacteria blends are mixed with acacia fibre, a prebiotic powder, that works synergistically to enhance your gut conditions for their survival.

You should notice improvements in your body, ranging from improved digestion to better mood. These changes often happen within weeks, butcan take up to three months depending on how your existing microbiome adjust to the influx of good bacteria. If you have a specific reason for takingprobiotics, you should be able to judge how this has changed over a three month period.

As all our capsules are produced after an order is placed, allow up to 3 working days for production.
Our boxes are delivered with Royal Mail Tracked 24hr post. We therefore expect delivery to be made within 7 days.
